Symphoricarpos albus is a tough woodland shrub from North America that's used over here as a hedging plant and groundcover. It spreads by suckering and if you've got it you would probably struggle to get rid of it, it's tenacious.
The flowers are tiny but bumblebees swarm all over them; these look like Bombus hortorum aka the Garden Bumblebee.  S. albus is coming to the end of its flowering period by now and bearing the non-edible fruits which give rise to the common name of the species: Snowberry.
